Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules that users and VPNNJ must follow when using VPNNJ cross-border network acceleration services. Please read them before using an account, purchasing a subscription or connecting to a route. Available plans are listed on the plans page; the order details in the user panel determine the selected plan.
Service Scope
VPNNJ provides subscription services for cross-border access and connections to international websites, including route access, subscription details and links to related client software. The service covers 120+ countries / 230+ routes and supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux. Available regions, route types and connection status may change with network conditions and maintenance schedules. Coverage does not guarantee that a particular region, website or app will be reachable at all times.
Monthly subscriptions include the data allowance specified by the selected plan, which resets monthly on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Data packages remain valid until used and never expire. Review the plan details before ordering, and check your current subscription and usage in the user panel.
Accounts and Subscriptions
Registration requires no email address; a username and password are all you need. Keep your login and subscription details secure, and you are responsible for activity under your account. If you suspect someone else may have obtained your account or subscription details, check your account status in the user panel and contact support through a ticket.
The service allows unlimited simultaneous devices, so you can switch between your own devices. This does not permit reselling subscriptions, publicly distributing connection details or sharing an account with others as a multi-user service. You may not copy, resell or otherwise provide third parties with access to the service. Data allowance and subscription status are determined by the selected plan and the records in the user panel.
Compliant Use
When using cross-border access and network acceleration services, you must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are located and where the accessed resources are located. You are responsible for determining whether the content you access, the apps you use and related data processing comply with applicable requirements. You must not use the service for unlawful activity, to violate others’ rights, disrupt network systems or access third-party resources without authorization.
VPNNJ provides network connectivity and does not obtain on your behalf any authorization required to access specific content, platforms or systems. Third-party websites and apps set their own content, account rules and service terms. You must follow those rules when using them.
Availability and Liability
Route connections may be affected by your device, local network, target service and route maintenance. VPNNJ may adjust route configurations or schedule temporary maintenance to maintain connection quality. If you experience connection issues, try a route suited to your needs and check your client and subscription status. The service does not guarantee that any particular website will always be accessible, nor does it guarantee connection speeds, access results or the ongoing availability of third-party services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNNJ will address impacts caused by device or network failures, third-party service changes, force majeure or your breach of these terms based on the circumstances. These terms do not exclude or limit user rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Refunds and Subscription Changes
You may request a full refund without giving a reason within 60 days of your first payment. To request a refund, submit a support ticket through the user panel and identify the relevant order so it can be reviewed and processed. A refund request or its processing does not affect any other rights you have under applicable law.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
You may stop using the service at any time. If an account is used for resale, shared access or unlawful purposes, or if these terms are repeatedly violated, VPNNJ may, depending on the circumstances, restrict the relevant connections, suspend the service or terminate account access. Any action will take the violation and applicable law into account. Orders and refunds following account termination will remain subject to the refund terms here and applicable law.
VPNNJ may update these terms when the service or its applicable rules change, and will publish the revised text and update date on this website. Use of the service after changes take effect is subject to the updated terms. Benefits relating to subscriptions already purchased will be handled according to the order details at purchase, applicable terms and legal requirements. Please review the latest version before continuing to use the service.
